Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, and cocktails with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as TOAST POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently
- Handle cash and processing payments accurately while maintaining balanced cash drawers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, café area, and beverage stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Serve beverages confidently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support overall café operations by managing time effectively during busy periods and multitasking seamlessly
- Uphold food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices at all times
Experience
- Prior experience working as a barternder cocktail boba barista environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of beverage service, including coffee preparation and drink service techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing are essential
- Familiarity with food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and cleanliness
- Previous retail sales or food service experience will help you excel in this energetic role
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
