Role: People Analytics Specialist

Location Norfolk, VA


Responsibilities:

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer required with experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience required in people analytics, HR reporting, and/or business intelligence, with a strong preference for retail or multi-location environments
  • Deep understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting structures, and operational analytics
  • Solid working knowledge of Workday security roles and how they impact reporting and data access
  • Strong storytelling, dashboard design, and executive communication skills
  • Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau


Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
