Base Pay: $25.00 per hour
Effective Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Base Tiered Performance Bonuses)
Position Overview
Gabro Event Services is a premier event rental company catering to the luxury market. We provide high-end structures for elite weddings, corporate galas, and high-profile events. We are seeking a Lead Installer who takes deep pride in workmanship and has the technical expertise to manage complex installations of premium inventory.
The Role
You will serve as the technical lead on-site. To ensure maximum efficiency and safety, a manager performs all pre-site inspections and provides manager-approved site plans and layouts. Your focus is strictly on leading the crew, managing the timeline, and delivering a perfect, "white-glove" finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Direct a crew of 3–4 helpers to install large-scale structures, including White Top Tent 40x100 and specialized Clear Top Tent 40x80 units.
- Precision Execution: Follow manager-approved layouts to ensure structures are squared, leveled, and tensioned to perfection.
- Inventory Care: Maintain the highest standards for vinyl and hardware to prevent damage during transport and setup.
