Clearwater Shower Bath is one of the highest-rated local bathroom renovation firm in the state of Florida. We are hiring an experienced Lead Installer to lead bathroom installations across Florida. We’re looking for a skilled professional with strong plumbing and remodeling experience who takes pride in quality work and knows how to lead a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom installation projects from start to finish
• Supervise and support crew members on-site
• Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
• Communicate job progress with operations
• Complete final walkthroughs and project photos
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing experience required
• License preferred
• 3 years of construction/remodeling experience
• 1 year of acrylic bath system experience preferred
• Previous crew leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed in Florida
