- Follow patterns, instructions, and work orders to produce consistent, high-quality products
- Operate industrial sewing machines and make basic adjustments as needed
- Perform simple machine tasks like changing threads, needles, and bobbins
- Check your work for quality before it moves to the next step
- Keep your sewing area clean, organized, and safe
- Support the team by rotating to other tasks or stations when needed
- Sewing experience, ideally in a production or industrial setting
- Comfort working with industrial sewing machines or a strong desire to learn
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Ability to balance accuracy with production pace
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
