Server Responsibilities:
- Coordinate an Exceptional Dining Experience from Beginning to End
- Adhere to All of Gabriella's Italian Steakhouse's Steps of Service Requirements
- Upsell & Facilitate Sales When Applicable & Necessary
- Build Extensive Food & Wine Knowledge While Being Able to Communicate & Translate that Knowledge Table-side
- Flip Tables Within Specified Timeframes
- Build Customer Relationships With All Guests
- Cooperate and Communicate with All Management & Staff
- Adhere to All Relevant Health Department Rules & Regulations
- Provide Exemplary Customer Service at All Times
