Duties
- Prepare a variety of Salads, dressings appetizers, following established recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, pastry bags, and others
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety standards are consistently met
- Package baked goods securely for delivery or retail display while ensuring quality control
- Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support high-volume production needs
- Follow all food safety protocols and adhere strictly to recipe specifications to ensure consistency in product quality
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety procedures
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools
- Excellent knife skills combined with the ability to prepare ingredients efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests alike
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory levels
