We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth transition into the dining area.
- Manage seating arrangements, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
- Handle reservations, to-go orders, and other requests with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate the Open Table system to efficiently manage table assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Offer recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the host stand and seating areas.
- Assist with maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, including lighting and music.
- Provide help to guests who may need additional assistance, such as navigating the restaurant.
- Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless operations.
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
