Sr. Manufacturing Engineer -- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
$120K-$130K | Massachusetts | Direct Hire
Established technology manufacturer (55 years) seeks Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvement and product development. Our client was recently acquired and has aggressive growth plans -- with this growth comes career opportunities!
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time production support and process optimization
- Failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Router process card development
- Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with machine shop and maintenance
Requirements:
- BSME or equivalent experience
- 8 years mechanical engineering (mix of experience considered)
- Machining exposure preferred
- SolidWorks proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ideal Candidate:
- Manufacturing/production engineering background
- Lean experience a plus
- Maintenance support capability
- RF/microwave experience preferred but not required
