Gabriele & Company, recruiters for manufacturing and supply chain professionals, has partnered with an established, mid-sized manufacturer in need of an experienced Electrical Engineer. Our client is a manufacturer of electromechanical products for industries including medical device, aerospace, semiconductor and defense.
In this role the Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated control systems for industrial temperature management applications. You will focus on integrating and optimizing control strategies to achieve stable and efficient operational performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engineer control system frameworks and infrastructure designs
- Develop control algorithms that dynamically regulate equipment capacity using real-time data
- Integrate sensing devices, control units, and actuating components (PLCs, RTUs) for system monitoring and operation
- Create electrical schematics, control logic diagrams, and process workflow documentation
- Configure and program control devices and develop HMI/SCADA interfaces
- Work with engineering teams to ensure system solutions meet performance criteria
- Participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise on control challenges
Education & Experience
- B.S. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- 3 years experience in control system design, programming, and maintenance
- PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and sensor network integration
- Requires comprehensive technical knowledge in automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of automation systems, control theory, and equipment fundamentals including thermal dynamics and load distribution
- Proficiency in electrical schematics and control logic documentation
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
