Precision manufacturer of electromechanical products for the semiconductor, aerospace and medical device industries seeks an experienced Production Scheduler to own the planning and execution of production schedules in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment. This is a critical operational role where your work directly impacts on-time delivery, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sourcing, and customer-facing teams to keep demand and supply in balance.
What You'll Do
Own production scheduling, capacity planning, and prioritization across the plant. Maintain ERP/MRP parameters and generate exception reports to ensure data accuracy. Monitor and report on key metrics including OTD, working capital turns, and backlog status. Drive inventory accuracy and maintain proper stocking levels. Implement and support visual Kanban programs internally and with key suppliers.
What You Bring
- 3 years in a manufacturing planning or scheduling role
- Strong ERP/MRP system proficiency; experience with system implementation a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical); APICS/ISM certification a plus
- Lean or Six Sigma experience valued
- Advanced Excel skills required; Crystal Reports a plus
- Solid communication and customer interface skills across all organizational levels
US Citizenship required.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
