GABRIEL is hiring an IoT Device & Integrations Manager to own the health and performance of our Gabriel Shield device fleet and the integrations that make it powerful.
You will:
- Monitor and troubleshoot device issues at customer sites.
- Manage and grow our integrations with 3rd-party systems (APIs, webhooks, dry contacts).
- Turn your expertise into clear technical documentation and playbooks.
- Interface with customers, installers, integrators, tech partners, and internal teams (Product, CS, R&D, Sales).
You should have:
- 3–5 years in Linux-based IoT device management / security / systems integration.
- Strong remote device management, network and device troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks and dry contact integration.
- Experience working with installers/integrators and writing practical technical guides.
- A strong sense of ownership and comfort working cross-functionally.
