What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant Project Manager position at Gabriel & Co.?
This is a high-impact, high-trust role designed for an Executive Assistant to a founder, who operates as a strategic partner rather than a traditional administrator. Providing day-to-day executive support while also owning projects, tracking priorities, and acting as an extension of the Co-Founder across internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate is resilient, emotionally intelligent, and highly capable — someone who can manage complexity, influence outcomes, and keep momentum moving across a fast-paced, creative, global organization. Over time, this role may expand to include oversight of special initiatives or a product line, depending on strengths and business needs.

- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing inbound requests with sound judgment and discretion.
Project Management & Execution
- Own and track cross-functional projects on behalf of the Co-Founder, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability.

Creative & Business Support
- Support the execution of creative initiatives, product development milestones, and brand projects.
- Over time, take ownership of special projects or oversee elements of a product line, depending on capability and interest.

Operational Excellence
- Bring structure to fast-moving workflows, helping translate vision into execution.
- Improve processes, documentation, and communication flow where needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and composure at all times.
Qualifications & Profile
- 3-5 years of experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant or operational role supporting founders or C-suite leaders.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, creative, or founder-led environments strongly preferred.
- Exceptionally resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Outstanding people skills with the ability to build trust and influence across levels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
