An esteemed healthcare facility in Syracuse is in need of a proficient and caring Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join their outpatient Radiology team. This full-time position is perfect for an imaging specialist committed to delivering exceptional patient care and producing top-notch diagnostic images.

Salary:
$29.80 – $43.93 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct general radiography procedures, including positioning patients and capturing images
• Prepare patients and accurately interpret physician orders for imaging tests
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust technical settings for quality images
• Ensure patient safety by using proper shielding and radiation safety techniques
• Analyze images for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain precise records and assist with patient flow

Requirements:
• Completion of an Associate degree in Radiography or similar field
• Licensed or eligible for NYS Radiologic Technologist registration
• Must hold ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification is a must
