What You’ll Handle
- Advocate for employers and carriers in workers’ compensation matters
- Lead hearings, depositions, settlement negotiations, and related proceedings
- Draft motions, reports, and other case documents
- Manage a consistent caseload while collaborating with partners and colleagues
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- JD and active California Bar license
- Background in workers’ compensation defense or related litigation (highly preferred)
- Strong writing, analysis, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
- Organized, proactive, and committed to client service
- Fully remote or hybrid options
- Offices available in Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, and San Jose
- Base salary typically ranging from $110K to $220K depending on experience
