We are seeking an experienced Transmission Department Manager to lead our Southeast Region team. In this key leadership role, you will guide a talented group of engineers and designers, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth across our Transmission & Distribution practice.
As Department Manager, you’ll act as a senior technical advisor on regional and global transmission projects, oversee project delivery, and champion innovative tools and processes that improve outcomes for our clients. You’ll also play a critical role in developing future talent — recruiting, mentoring, and supporting career growth while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation.
This role also provides the opportunity to help shape the region’s strategic direction. You’ll partner with business development teams to strengthen client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and represent the firm at industry conferences and events.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 7 years of consulting experience in Transmission & Distribution.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- PE license or PMP certification preferred.
