Looking for an Experienced Industrial Refrigeration Sales Engineer in Cincinnati, OH
Currently in need of a Sr. Project Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration with experience in Contracting and Contractor Sales, as well as Project Engineering to join a forward-thinking client in the Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC Industry at our Cincinnati, OH location. This position has opened up due to growth, with a service territory covering Southwestern Ohio. You will play a crucial role in our expansion by establishing initial connections with customers, understanding their requirements, providing quotes, and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:
- Industrial Refrigeration expertise
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration is a BONUS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction, engineering, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of CO2 refrigeration / mechanical / HVAC systems is advantageous
- Proficiency in project management techniques (project plan, Gantt, CPM)
- PMP certification is advantageous
- Understanding of industry equipment components
- Familiarity with OSHA / EPA regulations
- Strong focus on safety and knowledge of safe work practices
- Ability to estimate, quote, and secure new business
- Comfortable requesting business opportunities from customers
