Responsibilities

*Oversee projects in hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
*Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
*Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal impact on patient care.
*Provide support to the preconstruction team.
*Participate in business development efforts within the healthcare sector.
*Lead meetings and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety requirements.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
*Minimum 8 years of construction experience, particularly in healthcare projects.
Must have experience with:
*Hospital renovations and expansions.
*Working in active healthcare environments.
*Managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems.
*Ability to handle multiple projects in regulated environments.
*Strong client management and communication skills.
*Desirable experience with Bluebeam and Procore.
