Location: Coon Rapids, Iowa

Salary: $65K-100K plus bonus

Job Summary of the Facility Manager:The Facility Manager oversees the daily operations of a small facility housing 20 employees. This hands-on role ensures that the facility runs smoothly, adhering to top safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate excels in organizational skills and leadership, effectively managing people, processes, and external partnerships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Facility Manager:

·Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, establish clear performance standards, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.

·Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and coverage to maintain consistent operational readiness.

·Manage team check-ins, reviews, and on-the-job training to enhance technical capabilities.

·Ensure optimal performance and uptime by monitoring and maintaining all facility operations.

·Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, including filter changes and system inspections.

·Oversee day-to-day facility operations end-to-end.

·Monitor environmental conditions and take corrective actions to ensure equipment longevity.

·Maintain accurate operational logs, incident reports, and performance records.

·Enforce site safety policies and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.

·Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

·Perform safety walkthroughs, identify hazards, and implement corrective measures.

·Act as the on-site contact for inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries.

Education & Experience Requirements of the Facility Manager:

·3 years of technical operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

·Experience managing teams in an industrial setting.

·Strong organizational skills and communication abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·High school diploma required; technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science) is a plus.
