We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing consulting firm for a remote, client-facing Principal Data Solutions Architect role. This opportunity is open to candidates located in approved U.S. hiring regions across parts of the Midwest, Northeast, South, and Mountain West, and offers the chance to lead high-impact enterprise data and AI initiatives.

- Lead discovery sessions and client workshops to uncover business needs and define solution direction
- Design scalable enterprise data and AI architectures that connect strategy with execution
- Guide technical delivery teams while remaining hands-on enough to support design decisions and problem-solving
- Build and optimize modern data solutions across platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
- Help move projects from early-stage concept and pilot work into production-ready deployment
- Establish strong standards around governance, performance, scalability, and integration
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and implementation trade-offs
- Strong experience with modern enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or similar technologies
- Solid Python and SQL skills, along with experience working with large, complex data environments
- Background in data engineering, analytics architecture, or solution design within enterprise settings
- Experience building cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure, or similar environments
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning use cases, including generative AI, workflow automation, and data-driven applications
- Proven success in client-facing consulting, workshop leadership, and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- This position is only available to individuals who are authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
