Responsibilities:

In an outpatient setting, provide outstanding care to patients, including:

Conducting initial evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans.
Administering therapeutic treatments and patient education.

Maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:

Experience: Prefer prior outpatient physical therapy experience.
Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a PT license in NY.
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.
Certifications: BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Patient Care: Ability to provide compassionate care for various patients.
Physical Demands: Must meet physical requirements of the job.
