Responsibilities

• Assess and create customized treatment plans for outpatient cases
• Provide evidence-based care for orthopedic, sports, and vestibular patients
• Record patient progress and adhere to all regulations
• Work collaboratively with doctors, care teams, and payors
• Attend team meetings and promote a positive clinic atmosphere

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
• Active or eligible PT license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused care approach
