We are seeking a Legal AI Adoption Attorney to drive the ethical and efficient utilization of artificial intelligence within a nationwide law firm.
Located in Cleveland, OH, this position falls under the Client & Innovation division and collaborates closely with attorneys, team leaders, IT specialists, professional development experts, trainers, researchers, marketers, and business developers. The primary objective is to translate AI strategies into practical workflows, effective training, and tangible benefits for legal professionals and clients.
Duties:
- Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions on approved AI tools
- Guide lawyers and legal teams in implementing AI in their daily tasks
- Develop useful resources such as guides, checklists, playbooks, FAQs, and internal materials
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify valuable applications of AI
- Assist in testing, refining, and expanding AI-driven workflows across projects and teams
- Participate in AI tool assessments, launches, vendor training, and adoption strategies
- Promote responsible AI use by emphasizing confidentiality, supervision, client expectations, and professional ethics
- Monitor adoption rates, feedback, usage patterns, and business outcomes
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Practical experience with legal AI technologies
- Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, legal operations, or related fields
- Solid understanding of law firm operations, case management, staffing, and billing processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, training, and facilitation abilities
- Ability to establish credibility with lawyers and drive adoption without formal authority
- Client-oriented approach with strong cross-functional teamwork skills
