Injection Molding Lead Technician – 3rd Shift Operations
Salary Range up to $60,000 • Ixonia, WI Area • Onsite Required • Modern Facility
- WORK HOURS: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with flexibility during production changes
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with plastic injection molding setups and troubleshooting
- SUPERVISION: Leading a small team of 3 on the 3rd shift while actively working on the floor
- FACILITY: Up-to-date equipment in an ISO-certified manufacturing plant
- REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen or Green Card holder living nearby in Ixonia / Jefferson County, WI

Daily Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks and train operators on procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Knowledge of different resin behaviors and molding variables
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage priorities
- Stable work history and commitment
- Living within commuting distance of Ixonia / Jefferson County, WI
