We’re recruiting on behalf of a major international law firm seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Financial Services Disputes practice in Seattle. This hybrid role is designed for an attorney who thrives in complex litigation and high-stakes regulatory matters, including white-collar issues, internal investigations, and consumer-finance disputes.
You’ll take ownership of a mix of litigation and investigation work while partnering with attorneys nationwide on cases involving banks, financial institutions, executives, and corporate boards.

What You’ll Do
- Handle litigation and investigations in federal and state venues, including class actions, enforcement actions, AG inquiries, and arbitrations.
- Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research involving federal and state consumer-protection laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead portions of discovery, including document review coordination and production oversight.
- Participate in depositions or witness interviews, client strategy meetings, and settlement discussions.
- Support trial preparation and collaborate with regulatory teams on parallel matters.
- Background in litigation within financial services, consumer finance, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with internal investigations, white-collar matters, enforcement actions, or False Claims Act work.
- Prior experience as a prosecutor or federal criminal defense attorney is highly valuable.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex matters.
- Washington Bar admission and a law degree from a U.S. accredited institution.
- Ability to collaborate across offices and manage large volumes of discovery.
- Comfort using AI-permitted research or drafting tools is welcome.
Salary : $215,000 - $290,000
