RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring uninterrupted operations with minimal unforeseen downtime by:
- Fulfilling assigned equipment maintenance and repair duties
- Performing regular equipment checks
- Addressing mechanical, control, thermal, and electrical concerns
- Exploring, testing, and applying new products and cost-saving strategies

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- At least 8 years of technical experience (equivalent qualifications: 2-year Degree equals 1 year of experience, 4-year Degree equals 2 years of experience)
- Capability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds
- Skill in diagnosing and resolving moderately complicated problems autonomously
- Ability to perform efficiently with minimal supervision
- Identification, scheduling, and management of improvement and team endeavors
- Application of repair and troubleshooting knowledge with minimal oversight
- Regular utilization of independent judgment
- Proficiency in departmental procedures
- Execution of complex repairs and troubleshooting
- Guidance and mentorship of entry-level technicians
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Mainly office setting (1.5 hours daily)
- Manufacturing Environment exposure (6.5 hours daily)
- Occasional travel required for remote assignments or training
- Mandatory overtime may be necessary to meet client demands
