E-Commerce Content Coordinator

Position Overview

We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Content Coordinator to assist in showcasing apparel products on various retail partner websites. The main focus of this role involves managing and uploading current product photos and digital assets to ensure that they are accurately and attractively displayed across different retailer platforms. Collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams is essential to support e-commerce sales initiatives by maintaining top-notch product presentations and keeping digital content up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Manage and upload current product photos and digital assets on retail partner websites, including major department stores, mass-market retailers, and online marketplaces.

• Ensure proper placement, formatting, and display of product images to meet retailer requirements and maintain brand standards.

• Review product pages to ensure that imagery is accurate, consistent, visually appealing, and aligns with the desired brand image.

• Update digital product content as new styles, collections, and seasonal assortments become available.

• Work with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely availability and publication of product imagery and related digital assets.

• Support e-commerce sales by assisting in maintaining accurate and engaging online product presentations across retail accounts.

• Monitor retailer websites for missing images, incorrect placements, or other digital content issues and coordinate necessary fixes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, digital marketing, or digital content coordination, preferably in the apparel or fashion sector.

• Experience with uploading, organizing, and managing product images or digital assets on retailer websites or e-commerce platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for visual presentation, and commitment to brand consistency.

• Comfortable navigating retailer portals and learning various website content management systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general digital tools; familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems or digital asset management (DAM) platforms is advantageous.
