Key Responsibilities
- Analyze title opinions, leases, joint operating agreements, and other land-related contracts to determine ownership interests.
- Identify curative measures needed to resolve ownership issues.
- Build, update, and maintain accurate revenue and joint interest billing decks.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for royalty and working interest owners, handling inquiries and providing clear, professional communication.
- Research and resolve suspense items related to ownership and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal division order regulations.
- Maintain organized digital land files and generate reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of formal education.
- At least 3 years of division order experience within the Appalachian Basin.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
