Duties

Install new CNC systems with all accessories

Conduct machine checks and adjustments for optimal performance

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

Identify causes and recommend solutions for repairs or replacements

Provide technical support via various communication channels

Assist customers and internal teams with technical guidance

Offer training and help with project coordination

Support events and trade shows as needed

Maintain detailed service records

Travel extensively, including weekends

Qualifications

Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine tool service

5 years of remote technical support experience in the industry

Proven expertise in installing and servicing machining centers

Strong PLC programming knowledge

Experience with FANUC control systems

Understanding of power circuits and industrial electrical systems

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
