Job Title: Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager

Location: Carroll, Iowa

Salary: $65K-120K plus bonus

Job Summary of the Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager: The Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager will lead the daily operations of the cryptocurrency mining site. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the facility operates efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance standards. The perfect candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of mining infrastructure and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager:

· Supervise and guide a team of technicians, establish clear performance standards, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.

· Organize daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure consistent operational performance.

· Hold regular team meetings, conduct performance evaluations, and provide on-the-job training to enhance technical skills.

· Supervise the maintenance and monitoring of all mining hardware to guarantee optimal performance and uptime.

· Manage diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for mining equipment, including power supplies and control boards.

· Develop and implement maintenance schedules, including filter changes, miner cleaning, and system inspections.

· Supervise the use of mining platforms like Foreman and LuxOS for miner configuration and performance monitoring.

· Ensure seamless integration between software systems and hardware, resolving technical issues as needed.

· Maintain up-to-date software settings for optimal hash rate and operational efficiency.

· Manage day-to-day operations of the mining facility, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.

· Monitor environmental conditions and implement measures to protect equipment.

· Maintain accurate operational records and incident reports.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

· Act as the primary contact point for inspections and audits.

Education & Experience Requirements of the Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager:

· 3 years of technical operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

· Experience managing teams in a high-uptime environment.

· Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software.

· Knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure.

· Electrical experience or certification.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.
