In this Field Application Engineer (FAE) role you will drive the successful implementation of power and thermal products while understanding customer needs and applications. - B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 5 years’ related product or field application experience in power electronic products
- Language: bilingual Mandarin/Chinese is a Plus but not required
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into solutions and champion those solutions internally
- Hands-on expertise with power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, chargers, motor drives)
- Familiarity with thermal solutions (axial fans, EC fans, liquid cooling, solenoids, pumps)
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Market familiarity with industries including industrial logistics, energy, agriculture, medical, lighting, automation, food & beverage, off-road vehicles, CNC machines, packaging, oil & gas
- Willingness to travel 20–30%
- Deep technical understanding of power and thermal product applications
- Strong commercial instincts to align technical efforts with business growth
