Aero Design, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace, is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to develop electro-mechanical components at our facility in Mt. Juliet, TN.
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and participate in all aspects of product development for assigned components, as detailed below -
- Analyze existing commercial aircraft components in order to reverse engineer them and develop equivalent replacement parts.
- Review dimensional inspection and material analysis of assigned components.
- Create and revise Engineering drawings in SolidWorks.
- Determine required Acceptance and Qualification testing for assigned components.
- Prepare design substantiation document packages for FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval.
- Perform other activities as assigned by management
