Overview of the Position:
The Engineering Assistant plays an integral role in the PMA Engineering department by performing general office duties including creating data packages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General office support duties such as filing or retrieving paper documents or parts, form processing, maintaining office supplies and equipment, assisting with office documentation as needed.
- Create PMA Sales Packages for customers including any specific documents required for customer approval of PMA.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of MS office products & Adobe office products.
- Good oral/written communication skills.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Perform all duties as required with only occasional supervision.
