Job Summary: The Internal Communications Coordinator supports clear, consistent, and engaging communication for all Ken Garff employees. This role helps ensure team members stay informed, connected, and aligned with company initiatives by creating high-quality content, managing internal platforms, and supporting communication strategy across the dealership group. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Write, edit, and publish communications for Ken Garff employees across digital and print platforms. · Play an active role in communications planning and execution across all parts of the dealership group. · Maintain and update the employee intranet with an eye for user experience and design. · Provide internal communications support for company events, campaigns, and employee recognition programs. · Assist with design and formatting of all internal communications, including emails, text messages, digital signage, and printed collateral. · Maintain a content calendar and ensure communication needs are met for all areas of the company. · Help ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and communication standards across the organization. · Monitor communication performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, journalism, or a related field. · Prior experience in communications, marketing, or related roles. · Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience using internal communications software such as Optisigns, Contact Monkey, GoHappy, Poppulo, or similar tools. · Experience with Microsoft products including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Automotive industry experience.
