Position Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Litigator with at least 7 years of experience, a deep understanding of real estate law, and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. A book of business is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate litigation matters (commercial lease disputes, easements, development conflicts, failure to disclose etc.)
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation (pleadings, discovery, law & motion, mediation, and trial)
- Work closely with transactional team to resolve disputes early when possible
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys (optional)
Requirements:
- Active CA Bar license, in good standing
- 7 years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of California real estate and land use law
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Book of business is a plus
- Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
