Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties including communication, documentation, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Generate insurance quotes to help clients understand their options
- Call customers to process policy change requests and prepare insurance applications including ACORD Forms
- Monitor policy renewals and follow up accordingly
- Take premium payments from customers and upload proof of coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects
- Maintain accurate records and assist in the smooth functioning of the office
Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Texas insurance license (willing to train the right candidate)
- Prior insurance office experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building long-term relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving skills with empathy and efficiency in handling client inquiries
- Reliable, punctual, and a self-starter
- Familiarity with AMS360 is a bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel - Word and Outlook
Salary : $16 - $20
