Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes to help clients understand their options
- Prepare alternative renewal offers, present them to clients, and secure high-level retention
- Follow up with clients regarding policy updates, price/premium changes, and coverage options
- Monitor policy renewals and follow up accordingly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - no cold calling required, ] warm leads are provided
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in AMS360
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to valued clients
- Collaborate with the team to support office operations and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Texas insurance license
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and AMS360 is a bonus
- Commitment to excellence and willingness to go the extra mile
Salary : $18 - $22
