Event Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are a growing event marketing and promotions company that partners with nonprofit organizations and purpose-driven brands to create engaging live events, community outreach programs, and public awareness campaigns.

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person promotional events and marketing campaigns. No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop professional skills in event marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of live marketing events and community outreach campaigns

• Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, signage, and promotional materials

• Engage with attendees to share information about nonprofit initiatives and brand campaigns

• Help ensure events run efficiently and align with client goals and campaign objectives

• Collect attendee feedback and assist with basic event reporting

• Collaborate with team members to support public engagement and promotional outreach
