Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and hook-and-chain models, to recover and transport vehicles of all sizes..
- Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring safety for all involved.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle conditions for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Manage conflict situations effectively by remaining calm and professional when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios.
- Perform routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure safety standards are met and maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial driving vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with flatbed towing techniques and the use of specialized equipment such as forklifts
- Prior customer service experience demonstrates your ability to handle stressful situations positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies helps maintain safety and professionalism during difficult interactions.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
