A high-preforming Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for skill in the industry is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to the finished structure, interfacing with both customers, field personnel and construction professionals. Do you bring 5 years of HVAC project management experience?
Applicant should be familiar with how a job progresses, turnovers, CO's, AIA billings, RFI's, submittal, close-out process, equipment/material procurement etc..., be effective in decision making, time management and stress management skills.
Excellent communication and written skills with both clients and field personnel is required. Basic Ohio Mechanical Code knowledge and computer experience is a must. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, simple IRA and long-term disability, with additional benefits offered.
