Role Description
G Mason Group is seeking a Vice President of Licensing for a full-time, on-site role in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
The VP of Licensing will oversee and lead licensing initiatives, including new business development, identifying and negotiating strategic licensing opportunities, managing brand partnerships, developing licensing strategies and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow, and manging a team.
The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, production, and product development to drive growth and ensure alignment with business objectives.
The VP of licensing will lead licensing managers, coordinators, and administrators on a daily basis.

Disney, Warner Bros, NBC, Peanuts, Dr Seuss, ABG (Reebok, Ted Baker), San Rio, BBC, Hershey, and many more.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Licensing, Brand Licensing, and Licensing Negotiations
- Proven experience in Business Development and Business Planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in a leadership role within CPG or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
