Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensing Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Licensing Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and management of brand licensing relationships with licensors such as Disney, WB, NBC, among others.
Key day-to-day tasks include managing licensor relstionships, leading licensing coordinators, working on line plan reports, helping with forecasts, managaing the approval process.

- Strong expertise in Brand Licensing and Licensing management
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and understanding of legal agreements
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and licensing strategies
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or related industries is a plus
