The Role:
We’re looking for a Licensing Coordinator to support our licensing and product development and design teams. You’ll track approvals, coordinate meetings, handle sample requests, and help keep projects moving smoothly. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
What You’ll Do:
· Track and document licensing approvals and project timelines
· Maintain calendars and schedules for product and marketing initiatives
· Monitor sample status with factories, production, and design teams
· Prepare agendas, materials, and notes for meetings
· Manage sample requests and organize materials
· Support brand guideline documentation
· Assist in PLM entries
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in licensing, marketing, project coordination, or related fields
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
