Role Overview
Are you a full-funnel marketer who thrives on owning the whole picture? We are looking for a strategic and driven Brand Marketing Manager to serve as the marketing leader for G Fedale. This is not a support role -- you are the marketing department. If you can drive demand, build brand equity, own the customer relationship, and report on all of it with confidence, we want you on our team.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing funnel from lead generation to organic social, reputation management, customer loyalty, and local content. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for executing marketing initiatives that generate new customer opportunities while increasing engagement, retention, and referrals from our existing customer base. You will operate across every marketing channel and serve as the primary marketing partner to brand leadership. Your decisions directly shape how the brand grows, how it is perceived in its market, and how effectively it converts awareness into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the translation of the IHS Selling Way into tangible learning curriculums and training programs to ensure audiences are provided a thorough education of the sales philosophy and have their knowledge tested to confirm understanding.
- Establish and maintain consistent coaching, role play, and sales rhythms across brands to clearly define performance standards and drive measurable results.
- Design the structure of training delivery to the organization, including both hands-on live sessions as well as virtual reinforcement options.
- Own and manage all supporting technology that aids in the reinforcement, development, and coaching of sales representatives and sales coaches. This includes technology implementation, adoption, accountability, and long-term effectiveness.
- Deliver initial training to all brands and support real field implementation. Conduct ride-a-long exercises with sales representatives and sales leaders to observe performance and identify areas of opportunity and coaching.
- Capture field insights and translate them into improvements across sales coaching methodologies, selling behaviors, platform usage, and training enhancements. Remove obstacles and roadblocks to sales representatives' success in real time and broadly.
- Hold Sales Leaders accountable for IHS Selling Way and technology platform usage, coaching engagement, and training module completion.
- Partner with third-party vendors & IHS leadership to shape platform roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with field needs, technology direction, and support the IHS Selling Way at scale.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in multi-location or home services businesses.
- Proven experience improving performance in underperforming or turnaround environments.
- Demonstrated success supporting post-acquisition integration across field, administrative, and customer facing functions.
- Hands-on experience working with sales, production, administrative, and CSR teams in service-based environments.
- Experience influencing leaders and front-line teams during periods of change.
- Strong operational and financial acumen with an understanding of how execution impacts margin, cash flow, and customer experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence change without reporting authority.
- Highly collaborative nature with a strong focus on results, accountability, and follow through.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
