Job Description
Roofers and Roofing Laborers
- Have physical ability to perform all roofing tasks as required
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 60 pounds
Paid Training
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all duties and tasks assigned by Crew Foreman
- Responsible for being at work, ready, and properly dressed at appointed time
- Responsible for proper handling of company tools and equipment
- Assisting crew in setting up project sites including equipment and materials
- Assist in the removal and disposal of debris created from removing existing roofing systems (mostly ridged insulation and rubber membrane)
- Assist in the clean-up and maintenance of project sites in neat and clean order
- Observing how projects work and continuing to learn and build your personal skills
- Learn how to work safe on project sites
- Assist to report any unsafe condition or act to a Foreman immediately
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday plus two Saturdays per month (May volunteer for additional Saturdays)
