Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable & hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, & other projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors & are looking for hands-on work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup & cleanup of job sites
- Perform basic construction tasks, such as shoveling & raking
- Operate hand tools & power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols & wear appropriate protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness & organization of work areas
- Assist skilled workers with their tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects & perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools & power equipment
- Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork & communication skills
