Brief responsibilities;
- Manage daily field operations from mobilization through project completion.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project schedules and production goals.
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope requirements prior to and during construction.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and unforeseen site conditions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and project stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop foremen, operators, laborers, and field personnel.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and communicate project objectives clearly.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive jobsite culture.
- Ensure crews have the tools, equipment, and resources necessary for success.
Essentials;
- 10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience with GPS machine control, construction technology, and project management software.
- Experience managing multiple crews and large-scale site development projects.
- CDL license or willingness to obtain.
