Brief responsibilities;
- Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, and project engineers.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and performance.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and budget impacts.
- Prepare and submit change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Essentials;
- 5-10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, 5 years as a PM preferred.
- Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
- Experience managing site development and wet underground utilities projects.
- Able to commute to around Eastern PA/North West Philadelphia.
