CDL A Local Shuttle Driver – Bloomington/Normal, IL | Home Daily Weekends
Pay:

• Average $52,000–$62,000 per year

Hiring Local CDL A Shuttle Drivers for G&D Integrated in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois. This is a home daily position shuttling trailers within 10 miles of the customer location and jockeying trailers in the yard. G&D Integrated focuses on safety, stability, and treating drivers with respect.
Compensation

• Average yearly pay: $52,000–$62,000
• Top earners: $90,000
• Hourly pay: $20–$22 per hour
• Average weekly hours: 50–55
• Overtime: Paid after 50 hours
• Shift differential

Bonuses:

• $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus

Home Time, Route, and Schedule

• Home daily
• Home weekends
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend work based on customer needs
• Route: Shuttling trailers within 10 miles of the customer in Normal, IL, plus yard jockey work
• Freight: No touch

• 2023 and newer Freightliner trucks
• 2–3 year replacement cycle
• Yard jockey trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Samsara ELD system
• Forward facing cameras

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age: 23
• Valid CDL A
• CDL driving experience preferred
Clean driving record:

• • No more than 2 moving violations in last 24 months
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 24 months (any vehicle)
  • No DOT preventable accidents in a CMV in last 24 months
  • No DUI/DWI or license suspensions in last 3 years
  • No reckless driving in last 24 months
  • No drug/alcohol test refusals
  
  
• Must meet all DOT regulations
• Must pass pre?employment drug screen
• Must be able and willing to commute daily to Bloomington/Normal, IL

Wage Range: 52000.00 - 90000.00 per year
