What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, codes, and safety requirements
- Deliver professional, high-quality service to residential and light commercial customers
- Collaborate with our plumbing and heating teams to provide consistent, top-tier service
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
- Massachusetts HVAC licenses and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
- Service Titan experience a plus.
